Job Overview:
- Position: Academic Counselor (ONLY FREHERS)
- Weekly-Off- Friday and Saturday
- Remuneration- 25k plus performance and target based incentives
- Timing- 10am to 8pm (Exemption from classes mandatory)
- Key Skills: B2C Sales, Tele calling, Career Counselling, Effective Communication Skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound calls, profiling leads based on their career goals and helping them to build a personalized roadmap
- Provide program information to customers over the call clearly and effectively
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to enrolled students.
- Ensuring post sales services and responding to customer calls.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be very fluent in English and have a pleasant attitude. Excellent in both written and spoken English.
- Good convincing power, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
